(now Deloitte Malaysia) and has more than 35 years of accountancy, advisory, litigation support and corporate secretarial experience. Irene Ong Ai Leng Irene Ong Ai Leng is a Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional and is an Associate of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). She is also a qualified company secretary registered under the Companies Act 2016. Irene has more than 30 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice.
